About SWAPP
SWAPP builds Frank — an agentic AI architect that reads and writes the live BIM model inside Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft ArchiCAD, executing real documentation, modeling, and QA work for many of the world’s leading architecture firms. We pair deep architectural domain knowledge with optimization, computational geometry, and modern AI to put genuine automation on the critical path of production. Our team brings together architects, engineers, AI researchers, and data scientists across Tel Aviv and the US.
The role
As a Product Manager for Frank, you help decide which skills and capabilities we build next, and why. You work at the intersection of architects, AI researchers, engineers, and customers — turning messy real-world documentation work into a focused roadmap, and making sure what ships is genuinely useful on real projects.
What you’ll do
- Own a product area of Frank end to end — discovery, prioritization, definition, and launch.
- Synthesize input from customers, the Frank Skills team, and research into a clear, opinionated roadmap.
- Write crisp specs and partner daily with engineering and design to ship.
- Define how we measure a skill’s quality and adoption, and iterate from real usage.
You are
- 4+ years in product management, ideally on technical or vertical SaaS / AI products.
- Able to go deep with engineers and researchers while staying grounded in customer reality.
- A strong writer and prioritizer who can cut scope to what matters.
- Excited by AECO, BIM, or applied AI — domain experience a plus, curiosity a must.
Bonus
- Experience with AI / ML or automation products.
- Familiarity with Revit / ArchiCAD or the AECO industry.
