Export all sheets to PDF

Exports every sheet — or a sheet-number range — to its own PDF, named "[Sheet Number] - [Sheet Name].pdf", in a folder you choose (a PDF_Export folder on the Desktop by default). You give it two things, the sheet range and the destination; every other print parameter is already fixed in the skill. That is the difference from Revit's Print dialog, which makes you build and maintain print sets and pick sheets through a list that fights you. It also tells you when the export has finished — Revit doesn't. Best used for the interim sets you push out constantly for internal review and coordination. DPI, color depth, and a faster batch mode are configurable when you need them.

Saves ~20 min / export

Try saying

  • export all sheets to PDF
  • export sheets A-101 to A-110 as PDFs
  • save every sheet to its own PDF

Frank reads plain language — these are starting points, not exact commands.

What Frank needs

  • A sheet-number range (otherwise all sheets, after a confirmation)
  • A destination folder
  • Optional: DPI, color depth, and batch mode — all preset otherwise

Produces one file per sheet (not a combined PDF) and never changes the model. The printing parameters are fixed in the skill on purpose: the same request gives the same output set every time, instead of re-negotiating print settings on each run.

Watch Frank run this on your model.
