Permit Package Delivered in 1 Week
Time Savings Achieved
Submission-Ready Accuracy
Auerbach Halevy is a leading interdisciplinary design studio for architecture, urbanism and interior design. Over the years the firm completed a diverse range of complex projects in Israel and around the world, establishing its reputation as a professional and innovative firm.
The Itzhak Sade Project, a large-scale mixed-use development of 550,000 sqf, included five residential towers, on top of a commercial level and five basement levels. The challenge was to generate a complete building permit set within just one week — an extremely tight deadline given the project’s size and complexity. By leveraging SWAPP’s technology-driven workflows, the team achieved significant time savings, optimized documentation quality, and ensured successful permit submission under pressure.
Itzhak Sade is a flagship residential and commercial project designed to serve as a mixed-use urban hub. With its combination of residential towers, retail spaces, and extensive underground basements, the project exemplifies the complexity of large-scale city developments. The developer sought a fast, reliable process to deliver permit documentation without compromising accuracy or detail.
The project required a fast-track permit package preparation. The client demanded a submission-ready set in a single week, while design iterations and coordination with multiple stakeholders continued in parallel. These circumstances placed extraordinary pressure on the project team to maintain both speed and quality.
SWAPP was brought in to handle permit preparation, reduce the manual workload, and enable the architects to remain focused on core design efforts.
The project team faced two main challenges:
To overcome these challenges, SWAPP applied its advanced methodology:
SWAPP’s involvement in the Project demonstrated how automation and optimized workflows can transform the delivery of large-scale permit packages, cutting timelines in half and enabling clients to meet even the most demanding deadlines.
