About SWAPP
SWAPP builds Frank — an agentic AI architect that reads and writes the live BIM model inside Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft ArchiCAD, executing real documentation, modeling, and QA work for many of the world’s leading architecture firms. We pair deep architectural domain knowledge with optimization, computational geometry, and modern AI to put genuine automation on the critical path of production. Our team brings together architects, engineers, AI researchers, and data scientists across Tel Aviv and the US.
The role
We’re putting an AI architect inside the firms that design the built world. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle into architecture and AECO enterprises — building relationships with principals and design-technology leaders, running compelling live demos of Frank on their own work, and closing partnerships that put SWAPP on the critical path of production.
What you’ll do
- Own a pipeline of enterprise architecture firms from prospecting through close.
- Run a consultative, value-led sales process — map each firm’s documentation pain to concrete Frank ROI.
- Orchestrate live, project-specific demos with our solutions and domain teams.
- Be the voice of the market internally, shaping how we package and position Frank.
You are
- A track record closing complex B2B / enterprise SaaS deals — ideally into AECO, design, or technical buyers.
- Credible with both senior executives and technical practitioners.
- A self-starter comfortable building process in an early-stage motion.
- Genuinely curious about architecture and how AI changes professional work.
Bonus
- Experience selling into architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Familiarity with BIM, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
