SWAPP builds Frank — an agentic AI architect that reads and writes the live BIM model inside Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft ArchiCAD, executing real documentation, modeling, and QA work for many of the world’s leading architecture firms. We pair deep architectural domain knowledge with optimization, computational geometry, and modern AI to put genuine automation on the critical path of production. Our team brings together architects, engineers, AI researchers, and data scientists across Tel Aviv and the US.

The role

Frank is only as good as the architectural judgment behind it. As a Domain Expert on the Frank Skills team, you turn the way expert architects and BIM managers actually work into precise, repeatable skills our AI executes on the live model. You define what “correct” looks like, build the test projects that prove it, and sit between our architects-in-residence and the engineers who ship the automation.

What you’ll do

• Specify new Frank skills end to end — the trigger, the expected result, the edge cases, and the firm conventions they must respect.
• Validate skills against real Revit and ArchiCAD models, catching the failure modes only an experienced architect would notice.
• Encode firm standards — annotation rules, graphic conventions, QA logic — into something Frank applies consistently.
• Partner with customers’ BIM leads to translate their standards into Frank, and feed what you learn back into the product.

You are

• Trained in architecture (Practical Engineer, B.Arch, or equivalent) with 3+ years in production roles at architecture firms.
• A power user of Revit (ArchiCAD a strong plus) with a critical eye for drafting, documentation, and BIM standards.
• Fluent in the realities of CD sets — dimensions, tags, sheets, schedules, QA — and opinionated about doing them well.
• Excited to teach an AI to do the work, not just do it yourself.

Bonus

• BIM management experience — families, view templates, browser organization, shared parameters.
• Automation experience — Dynamo, scripting, or the Revit/ArchiCAD API.
• Exposure to ADA / accessibility code review.
