The GALVIN Middle School Project, a 218,350 sqf educational facility, required a highly structured BIM environment to support ongoing design development and documentation.
As the project advanced, increasing model complexity and frequent design updates created challenges in maintaining consistency, clarity, and compliance with internal standards.
