1. General Background

SWAPP aims to provide the best possible user experience on our website for all members of the public, including those with disabilities. We have invested significant efforts to enable, facilitate, and streamline the use of the site with a focus on the needs of this audience.

The internet is currently the largest repository for freedom of information for all users, particularly users with disabilities. As such, we place great importance on providing equal access to the information presented on the site for people with disabilities and enabling a better browsing experience. We strive to ensure that digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, believing that every person deserves the right to live with equality, dignity, convenience, and independence. To fulfill this promise, we aim to adhere as much as possible to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard for Web Content Accessibility and the international WCAG2.1 document.

2. How Accessibility is Implemented on the Site

  • Accessibility statement explaining compatibility, gaps, and accessibility officer

  • Accessibility adjustments have been tested using aids such as different screens and devices.
